You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the expiry of the first 14 days, the agreement is a fact and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. After notification of a request for return, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including paid shipping costs (to you). Only the costs for returning to us are for your own account.
Items that are excluded from return are:
- Personalized items
- Special orders on customer request
- Items that are incomplete, not in their original condition and packaging or whose labels and tags are damaged, missing or not attached to the product.
- Items that have been used incorrectly
- Articles with an expiry date
Shipping of returns
For your and our convenience, you can create a return through our partner Returnista. You can choose to take the package to a parcel service. It is also possible to have the package picked up. You can make a choice in the step-by-step plan.
Of course, no costs are charged in the following cases:
- If you receive a different product than you ordered
- If the product is defective upon arrival
- If the product is incomplete (deficiency) upon arrival
