Measuring instructions

To measure exactly which size of Therm-IC is most suitable for you, you first need a tape measure. It is best to ask someone else to take your measurements while you are standing upright and relaxed without shoes. Try not to pull the measuring tape too tight, but also not too loose around the body. Avoid bulky clothing. For the most accurate results, have only your undergarments or close-fitting clothes on, such as a base layer.

Bodywarmers

Please note, Therm-IC's body warmers are designed to be worn snugly to allow you to feel and retain the warmth as much as possible. If you want a looser fit, Therm-IC recommends going up a size.

1. Chest: to measure your chest, take the tape measure to the widest part of your chest, usually a few centimetres below your armpits.
2. Waist: to measure your waist, go around your belly with the tape measure, at the narrowest point.
3. Hip: To measure your hips, place the tape measure on the widest part of the hips, usually at the level of the buttocks.

Gloves

To find the right size gloves for yourself, you need to measure two measurements carefully. First, measure the length of your middle finger with a tape measure or a ruler. Next, measure the length of your hand from the tip of your middle finger to the first crease in your wrist with a tape measure or ruler. See the illustration for more clarity.

Match the measured values with the corresponding size in the size chart.
